IPP Compound Manufacturing
We specialize in custom-blended IPP compounds for membrane production. Our single polymer solution, made from recycled raw materials, revolutionizes the compound manufacturing process and allows us to deliver solutions that lower polymers costs in hot asphalt roll mix. Our products substitute costly APP and APAO polymers. Our customers can produce premium APP modified bitumen rolls using our 100% recycled polymer compounds.
Process
Our team of engineers begins the process with a consultation to understand your requirements. After learning about the project goals, we use a sample of the asphalt and filler you plan to use to produce a unique IPP compound designed to your specifications to achieve cold flexibility, viscosity and other key properties. Throughout the process, our experienced team ensures the highest levels of quality control through thorough laboratory testing.

Lab Testing
We recognize that quality control is critical to provide customers with specialized polymer solutions and toll services. To ensure the quality and consistency of our products, we maintain a full-scale laboratory staffed by trained chemical engineers. The lab is equipped for a complete battery of asphalt and polymer tests, including specific tests to determine melt flow, moisture content and plastic identification. We diligently check all raw materials and finished goods across a spectrum of criteria to ensure our clients receive the highest quality finished product.
