Recycled vs. virgin? UV degradation? Extreme temperatures? Water and moisture? Freeze-thaw cycles? Wind and hail? Breaking? Tearing? Adhesion? Flammability? Maintenance? Melt point? Contaminants? Sustainability? Price?

When purchasing polymer, you have a lot to consider.

Whether your purpose is commercial roofing or other industrial applications, a recycled polymer can improve your bottom line. The right one can also help solve a host of problems. Recycled polymer is what we do. With more than 50 years of experience providing industrial polymer solutions, we understand your risks and your opportunities — and know that a one-size-fits-all generic solution is not your answer. That’s why unlike other suppliers, we custom formulate all of our polymer solutions to meet the specific needs of each and every customer.

What to consider before you buy.

  • What are you trying to achieve by changing your polymer?
  • How much will a new polymer improve your product’s performance?
  • How will it affect your production?
  • Speed it up? Slow it down?
  • Increase or decrease your costs?
  • Is it compatible with your equipment?
  • How well does it help your final product hold up to climate, weather, wear and tear?
  • Is it free of contaminants?
  • Is it made from sustainable recycled polymer?
  • Will it help reduce your production waste and your carbon footprint?

How can you answer all of these questions without a polymer expert by your side, willing to take the time to understand you, your products and your company’s sustainability goals to deliver a custom solution that’s right for you? Even more, how will you know if it meets all your criteria without actually trying it in your production line?

We won’t sell you anything unless it’s good for your business and the planet.

This is our promise to you. Before we talk price, we’ll work with you to understand your goals and challenges and how we can create a custom recycled polymer formulation that can help you — with samples you can try in your own equipment. In other words, you can try before you buy.

How can we make this offer?

We’re a family-owned business with no bureaucracy or red tape. Our sales representatives have decades of technical experience, with a direct line to our president. They’re supported by our in-house lab that is set up to formulate and test custom polymer compounds to address specific customer issues.

In addition, located in Macon, Georgia, we keep our operating expenses low, so we can afford a level of service you won’t get anywhere else. We may be small, but we think big and adhere to the same safety standards as our biggest competitors, including ISO 9001:2015 certification.

We buy and sell.
As a large-scale post-industrial polymer recycler, we buy primarily from two sources:
plastic bottle icon
Plastic
industrial plastic manufacturers
tire icon
Rubber
tire and industrial non-tire manufacturers

We reprocess the plastic for sale either back to the original producer (closed loop) or to another manufacturer (open loop). We sell and ship the rubber to manufacturers throughout the world.

Our customers include:
Commercial Roofing Roll Manufacturers
Industrial plastic product manufacturers
Non-tire rubber compounders and injection molders
Our roots are in roofing.

Almost 60 years ago, the forerunner of our company was founded in Italy by a pioneer in modified bitumen roofing. Still involved as a co-partner, he inspires us with his example of perseverance, innovation and expertise. Today, we’ve leveraged our years of roofing expertise and experience to benefit not just brand-name roofing roll manufacturers but also other manufacturers who are committed to using recycled polymers to make their products better, faster, more cost-effectively and sustainably.
