At SD Polymers, we recognize that quality control is critical to meeting the needs of our customers in handling their complex blending and toll manufacturing requirements. To ensure the quality and consistency of our products, we maintain a full scale laboratory staffed by thoroughly trained chemical engineers. The lab is completely equipped to effectively conduct a complete battery of asphalt and polymer tests, including tests to determine melt flow, moisture content and plastic identification. Our quality control system diligently checks all raw materials and finished goods across a spectrum of criteria to assure our clients a consistently great finished product.
