Our polymer is not just 100% recycled, it’s also custom blended. Unlike other polymer suppliers who offer a general-purpose commodity polymer, we develop custom formulations or compounds specifically to meet your unique needs.

We specialize in 100% IPP (isotactic polypropylene) composed of a blend of different molecular weights. We can offer it to you as a single-polymer IPP solution or in a blend with other polymers to offer you enhanced asphalt-modification performance and cost-savings. 

As an affordable alternative to other polymers, depending on your needs, our affordable IPP can save you money by replacing up to 40% of the costlier APP (atactic polypropylene), APAO (amorphous poly alpha olefin) or copolymer in your current blend. However, there’s more to our blend than simple cost savings.

Used as a single-polymer solution or in an APP blend, our IPP compound can provide:

  • Low-to-medium viscosity
  • Good cold-temperature resistance
  • Higher softening point (maintained up to 155 degrees Celsius)
  • Greater puncture resistance
  • Greater tear resistance

  • Custom packaging: We can package based on your batch size. If, for example, you use 1,800 pounds per batch, we’ll custom package our polymer so you only have to deal with one bag per batch, rather than opening multiple bags and having to weigh out less than a full bag.
