CAREERS

Why work with us?

Plastic can take anywhere from 20 to 500 years or longer to decompose in landfills. Even then it breaks down into smaller pieces that never disappear or decompose the way a wooden toy might. Rubber tires can take hundreds if not thousands of years to decompose.

We keep plastic and rubber out of landfills
so they can be used again.

We do this through a proprietary recycling process that turns the non-biodegradable polymer waste produced by industrial manufacturers of plastic and rubber products into new compounds that can be used to make more products. In other words, we help manufacturers repurpose and reuse their production rejects and scrap, which would otherwise be sent as waste to a landfill.

And while we’re helping manufacturers keep non-biodegradable materials out of our landfills, we’re also helping them save money, improve their company sustainability programs and in many cases improve their products.

What we do matters to the environment
and to business.

In fact, it matters to all of us. If this kind of work inspires you, please read on.
